Tijuana, B.C. AI for SMBs

We automate processes and bring in agents where it takes judgment and autonomy.

Your team drops the grind. Now they approve and decide what matters. Nobody has to learn new technology.

01

Problem

Your team retypes what's already there.

Chases one number in three places.

Every lead you book by hand.

Nothing moves until you see it.

The day's already gone before you can decide.

02

Work

Some needed an agent for the parts that call for judgment; others just needed the fixed-rule work automated, or their existing information organized.

From a voice note to a booked lead

Someone messages YCM360 on WhatsApp and answers with a voice note. The assistant listens, checks the calendar before replying, and offers only the hours that are actually open. They pick one, the call is booked, the invitation goes out by email, and the record is filed in the CRM. Nobody books by hand.

It offers hours, not promises: what's taken never reaches the chat.

From WhatsApp to Google Sheets

A construction client sends a photo of a receipt over WhatsApp. The agent reads the vendor, line items, total and date; the data goes straight into the client's Google Sheet, and the weekly report goes out every Friday. No one retypes a thing. It runs the same way in the client's second business: a different line of work, different vendors, the same agent.

One client, two businesses.
Running daily

From meeting to tracked commitment

A note-taking bot (Fireflies) joins the meeting. An agent turns it into minutes with commitments (owner, due date, priority), files the minutes in Obsidian and sends each commitment to the board. No one writes the minutes or chases the follow-ups.

The minutes are written moments after the meeting ends.
Rolling out with a client

From the power bill to the approved quote

A solar panel company receives a photo of a prospect's power bill. The agent reads the usage and calculates the system size and the price with the formulas the team already had in its spreadsheets. Nobody does the math by hand. The owner approves with one tap and the prospect gets their price.

The math got automated. The sign-off did not.
Sorting before automating

A second brain

Years of meeting notes, contracts and email from dozens of projects lived in three different places; finding one meant digging through all three. Today they live in one place and answer what you ask. This one didn't need an agent: it needed the information sorted.

Custom-built software

Redevia

Redevia: an ERP built around how real estate developers work. Budget and contract control, with each line item color-coded by status. Instead of clicking through menus and filters to find a number, you ask it, and it answers with your own numbers.

Result

An alert finds you before the delay costs you.

An agent watches the critical path and warns you when something is at risk. It reaches you wherever you are, without anyone having to ask.

The difference isn't speed: it's that you can still decide.

How we work

Not every case needs an agent: sometimes putting your information in order is the whole job. Your operation decides how far we go, not our quote.

What gets built in each case has a name of its own: the six services and how each one works.

  • Get to know you

We observe your operation where it happens: over a video call or, when the case calls for it, at your office, job site or clinic. We ask the people doing the work, not just the ones in charge.

  • Map it out

We walk through your operation step by step and mark where the work repeats. That's how we decide what gets automated (the work nobody enjoys), what gets sharpened (the things your people do well), and what stays as it is.

  • Sort it out

We look at what shape your information is in and how many places it lives. We organize what's scattered or on paper and bring it into one place, in a form an AI can actually work with: AI-ready data.

  • Write the rules

Your criteria get written down, and that's what gets followed: what gets approved automatically, what comes to you, what gets rejected. Straight from your documents, nothing made up.

  • Build

Instead of building everything, we start with the smallest piece that's useful on its own and test it with your data. Weeks, not months. From there, it grows with your operation.

The timeline depends on how organized your processes and your data are. That shows up when we map it out.

  • Test it

We run it against your real cases, failures included, before it ever touches your operation. Personal data gets stripped out before it leaves your systems.

  • Hand over

What we build for you is yours: code, documentation and training. It rolls out in stages, and if something fails, we roll it back to the previous stage without stopping your operation. Where it runs depends on your case: a dedicated server or your own hardware.

  • Support

We stay on top of it: every week you get a report on how it's going, and if something stops, an alert fires before you notice.

Let's talk about your operation. 30 minutes, no commitment.

We work with owners and executives of SMBs with an operation up and running. Just you and me. We won't fix your operation in 30 minutes: we break your case down and you decide if we continue. No sales pitch.
